1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume seasons like the holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer the following shipping options. Costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes (US Orders)
Due to complexity of shipping and handling, we do not pre-collect duties and import taxes on US orders. For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by customs upon delivery.
The good news? Because our handcrafted soaps and body care products are naturally low in value, any duties charged are typically small — less than 10% of order value. We want you to feel confident and surprise-free when your order arrives at your door. 🌿
If you have any questions about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
3. Local Delivery & Pickup

In-store Pickup: Starting at Feb 10th, 2026 You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Arts Market Riverside in Toronto. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 Business days.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: US, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand.
Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
